Participant Guideline Booklet

1. Oral Presentation
• Presenters are required to prepare presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt), Canva, or PDF format.
• A PDF file may also be submitted as a backup copy.
• Each oral presentation is allotted 12 minutes for delivery, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers.

2. Poster Presentation
• Posters must be prepared in English only.
• Posters should be designed in portrait orientation, with a maximum size of 80 cm × 120 cm.
• A poster template can be downloaded [here].
• Each poster corresponds to one research work only.
• Each presenter will be given 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.

3. Poster Content Requirements Each poster must include the following sections, with clear headings:
• Title – identical to the submitted abstract title.
• Authors and Affiliations – underline the presenting author’s name.
• Introduction / Background – brief context and rationale.
• Objectives – research aims or hypotheses.
• Methods – concise description of methodology.
• Results – presented using figures, tables, and graphs.
• Discussion / Conclusion – interpretation of results and key implications.
• Acknowledgements (if applicable).
• References – concise, including only directly relevant sources.

Design Tip: Use figures, diagrams, and tables to present data effectively. Avoid overcrowding with text and ensure readability from at least 1 meter away.
