Full Paper Submission Guidelines

These guidelines apply only to accepted abstracts that indicated an interest in journal publication.

  • Important Policy Notes
  • Accepted abstracts interested in journal publication will be marked as "Accept – Awaiting Full Paper" in the CMT submission system.
  • Authors must prepare their full manuscripts strictly according to the selected journal’s specific requirements.
  • Please note: The final decision for publication rests solely with the editorial and peer-review process of each individual journal.

General Instructions

  • Formatting: Always follow the most up-to-date formatting and submission requirements of the selected journal.
  • CMT Pre-screening Deadline: For journals requiring pre-screening through CMT, full manuscripts must be submitted by 16 February 2026.
  • CMT Module: The CMT full-paper submission module will officially open for uploads after the conference (16 January 2026).
  • Submission Procedures: Submission procedures differ significantly between journals. Please read the instructions for your target journal carefully.

Journals and Submission Procedures

Asia-Pacific Journal of Science and Technology (APST)

Submission via CMT required for pre-screening.

Procedure:
• Prepare the manuscript strictly according to APST guidelines.
• Submit the manuscript via the CMT system for pre-screening by 16 February 2026.
• The CMT full-paper submission system will open after the conference.

Defence Technology Academic Journal (DTAJ)

DIRECT SUBMISSION — DO NOT submit to CMT.

Procedure:
• Prepare the manuscript following DTAJ requirements.
• Do NOT submit to CMT.
• Submit directly through ThaiJo after the conference.
• In the cover letter, please indicate: "Submitted from BioSat2026."

Food Agricultural Sciences and Technology (FAST)

DIRECT SUBMISSION — DO NOT submit to CMT.

Procedure:
• Prepare the manuscript according to journal guidelines.
• Do NOT submit to CMT.
• Submit directly through ThaiJo after the conference.
• Please include a cover letter stating: "Submitted from BioSat2026.
