Submission and Registration
The process for joining BioSat2026 differs based on whether you are presenting in the main sessions (I-VII) or the Junior Researcher Session (VIII).
Abstract Submission (Mandatory for Presenters in Sessions I-VII)
All prospective presenters for Sessions I through VII must first submit an abstract for peer review and acceptance. All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT submission system.
Registration System Access
Once you have submitted an abstract (or if you are a non-presenting attendee or Junior Researcher), you must complete the required online registration form.

Payment Methods
Please read these policies carefully before finalizing your registration.
For our international participants, we offer secure and convenient electronic payment options. Registration fees can be finalized using major Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) or designated Wallet Payment services. Please ensure that all transaction charges associated with your payment are covered by you, the participant, so that the full required registration fee in Thai Baht (THB) is successfully remitted to the BioSat2026 account. All transactions must be paid in Thai Baht (THB) as specified in the fee table.
Eligibility for Discounted Rates
Participants affiliated with Mahasarakham University, or any of our official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Partner Institutions are eligible for the preferential rate listed under the 'MSU Participants & MoU Partner Institutions' category.

Registration Fee
Transaction Fees: All transaction charges associated with payment, whether by credit card, wallet service, or bank transfer (if applicable), are the sole responsibility of the participant. The final amount received by the conference account must match the full amount of the registration fee.
Currency: All transactions must be paid in Thai Baht (THB) as specified in the fee table.
No-Refund Policy
The BioSat2026 Organizing Committee strictly enforces a NO-REFUND POLICY.
Once payment has been processed and confirmed, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to visa denial, cancellation of presentation, or inability to attend.
