conference sessions, BioSat2026 offers opportunities for<b> high school students<\/b> to present their research achievements and engage in academic discussions with researchers.<br><br>\n\n<b><u>General Provisions<\/b><\/u><br>\n1.\tParticipants must be high school students.<br>\n2.\tEach team may consist of a maximum of 3 students.<br>\n3.\tEach team must have 1 supervisor\/mentor.<br>\n4.\tEach team is allowed to submit only 1 project.<br>\n5.\tEach participant may be listed in a maximum of 2 projects.<br>\n6.\tParticipation is limited to 80 teams only, on a first-come, first-served basis.\n<br><br>\n\n<b><u>Registration<\/b><\/u><br>\u2022\tFee: 4,500 Baht per team (one-day registration)<br>\nThe fee includes:<br>\n\u2022 Conference bag<br>\n\u2022 Morning refreshment and lunch box (January 16, 2026)<br>\n\u2022 Abstract Book <br>\n\u2022 E-certificates for each student and the supervisor\n<br><br>\n\n\n<b><u>Presentation Format<\/b><\/u><br>\n\u2022\tType: Poster Presentation only<br>\n\u2022\tPoster size: a maximum size of 80 cm \u00d7 120 cm, portrait orientation<br>\n\u2022\tLanguage: All posters and presentations must be in English<br>\n\u2022\tPoster setup: Posters should be mounted on the morning of January 16, 2026, at least 30 minutes before the session starts<br>\n\u2022\tPresentation time: Each team will have 5 minutes for oral presentation, followed by up to 5 minutes of Q&A, with a maximum total of 10 minutes per team<br>\n\u2022\tPoster boards and Velcro will be provided by the organizers<br>\n<br><br>\n\n<b><u>Awards & Certificates<\/b><\/u><br>\nProjects will be evaluated and medals conferred as follows:<br>\n\u2022\tGold Medal: Score 80-100<br>\n\u2022\tSilver Medal: Score 70-79<br>\n\u2022\tBronze Medal: Score 60-69<br>\n\u2022\tHonorable Mention: Score below 60\n<br><br>\n\n<br><b><u>Award Ceremony<\/b><\/u><br>\nWinning teams will be announced during the award ceremony on January 16, 2026, with Gold Medal teams presented with a printed certificate and invited on stage to receive recognition and take photos with the official award backdrop.
